Eligibility
Pre-launch notice
AbuNawas.net is currently in pre-launch. No gambling services are offered or available at this time. Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee access. Access, when offered, will be subject to eligibility, age verification (18+), and applicable local laws.
The following requirements apply to anyone submitting an invitation request, and will apply more strictly at any future point of access.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to register interest. Where your local law requires a higher minimum age for gaming activities, that higher age applies to you.
Residency and local law
You are responsible for ensuring that registering interest in, or accessing, AbuNawas is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are resident and from which you connect. See our Restricted Jurisdictions page for further information.
Identity and age verification
Before any access is granted at launch, identity and age verification will be required. We may decline to verify any applicant at our discretion.
Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current and your own. Submitting another person's details, or materially false information, may result in your request being rejected and your data removed.
One person, one account
At launch, accounts will be limited to one per person. Duplicate or shared accounts will not be permitted.
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to decline an invitation request, or to withdraw an invitation, at any time and without providing a reason, to the extent permitted by law.
