AbuNawas.net is currently in pre-launch. No gambling services are offered or available at this time. Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee access. Access, when offered, will be subject to eligibility, age verification (18+), and applicable local laws.
AbuNawas will not be offered in any jurisdiction where online gaming, wagering, or related services are prohibited or restricted under applicable local law. The list below is illustrative and not exhaustive.
Examples of restricted jurisdictions
Without limiting the generality of the above, AbuNawas does not intend to make services available to residents of, or persons located in, jurisdictions including:
- The United States of America and its territories
- The United Kingdom
- France
- Mainland China
- Any other jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited or restricted
The complete and final list of restricted jurisdictions will be published before launch and may differ from the illustrative list above.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that registering interest in, accessing, or using AbuNawas is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are resident and from which you connect. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified local advisor before submitting any information.
Geographic and technical controls
At launch, technical and procedural controls — including IP checks and identity verification — will be used to enforce jurisdictional restrictions. Attempting to circumvent these controls (for example by using a VPN) is not permitted and may result in an invitation being declined or withdrawn.
Changes
The list of restricted jurisdictions may change as licensing arrangements and applicable laws evolve. Updates will be reflected on this page.
